You guys sucked me back in. I sold my reef setup almost 2yrs ago and now I want to build a 100g FOWL.

It's a disease, i already bought a 95g wave tank with a huge sump and megaflow.

Here is what I'm thinking:
Dwarf Golden Moray eel
Another type of dwarf eel (TBD)
Koran Angel
HT
"Cool" Puffer

That's all i got :rolleye1:

What do you think?

What kind of coral can i put in with these guys? I'm partial to anenomes but have heard puffers will certainly destroy them. Is there a puffer that won't eat it for lunch?

Also, clams...any of these guys enjoy clams for lunch? My worry is with the puffer and HT with the clam, true?

Let me make my disclaimer --i always do research (lots of) before buying any animals. You guys are my primary research, then the reading and stalking other posts come in.

I'm open to suggestions for any colorful and/or unusual tank mates.

Thanks!

Forgot to add - also wanted to add a dwarf lion.

I wouldnt do the lion with the koran angel, they are prone to nip the fins of fish with long fins.

Would any of these tank mates mess with some of the larger starfish or linkias?

Also, comments on these fish with clams/anenomes?

With the anenome, i was thinking of two percs...didn't think any of the other fish i had listed would give it problems, but figured I would ask first.

I believe Copper Bands love to nip at small edible items, but was not familiar with them in relation to anenomes, starfish, or clams...thoughts?

The Koran, eel, and puffer are known to eat inverts.

Copper Bands are sometimes chosen for their appetite for apistia's. I wouldnt put a RBTA and a CB together.

Puffers will eat the clams and anenomes. I was able to keep soft corals with my puffers no problem but I tried an anenome and it lasted about 1 hour.

hmm..i was hoping for longer then 1hr...might need to rethink the puffer idea.

Do you think a fuzzy dwarf would go after a perc (clown)?
