I dont have a picture right now but I have some type of worm resting on my sand bed. It is in a tube covered with sand like the tiny feather dusters in a sand bed get. The only thing that comes out of the small tube is something that looks like a tiny bristle worm's arm.

Does anyone know by this discription?

Spionids always have 2 feeding appendages unless one's been damaged; even then they will regrow the structure. Also the appendages are smooth so they wouldn't look like an ophiuroid arm.

Why don't you dig one up & put it in a dish to photograph it so we know for sure?
