Stock Levels for an Orca TL-450

Could anyone give me an idea as to how many fish i could keep in my tank, i will not be running the skimmer coz it probably will never work being the standard one, so will be doing weekly 10% water changes.

I really depends on the species of the fish. I think 2-3 small fish in a Nano of that size is probably a good rule of thumb.

every 5 gallons a fish 2-4in 10 gallons for fish 5-8in( Most of the fish this large should not be kept in a nano) Larger fish over a 100 gallons
