Is there a certain pump needed for this ATO device? I've search all over but can't seem to find anything recomended. Your thoughts?

Thanks

you can use any pump. it all depends where you keep your water storage container (how far in feet from your sump/display?). figure out how many feet your water will have to travel to reach your sump/display and then purchase a pump strong enough to meet that criteria. that simple. good luck :)

I thought since I couldn't find anything on it - it probably wouldn't matter... Thanks for confirming so quickly!!!

I bought my ATO pump at Lowe's for about $35.
It is a TETRA 330 GPH rating unit with a 7' head capability.
I have the hose from it to the tank slightly pinched off so as to slow the flow rate down and cause less drastic salinity change in the tank when it kicks on.

I'm using a JBJ ATO unit for the controller.....
