Tried IE and firefox and still cannot see the graphs. I updated java also thinking that this might be the problem. Im running xp also.

Are there entries in the Datalog; click the 'Datalog' link to see them (no data no graph)?

Or, are there just red "X"'s?

The easiest possible problem is that Java Script may be disabled in your browser. How to make sure it is enabled varies from browser to browser. Check that out first.

The second question, that I should have asked first is, did graphing ever work for you?

Have you, can you, try using a different computer?

The other possibility is that you might need to reflash your ACIII with the lastest firmware - or at least the latest java/web files.

Here is where you can find more information:

Download this package: http://www.neptunesys.com/rel_3.3_java1_6.zip , and then do an update web pages - you don't need to update the firmware. It looks like java 1.6 is not 100% compatible w/ earlier java versions.

As you can tell from the link above: http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1283320&highlight=java

I had the same symptoms and the new Java script took care of it.

You can try updating the Java on your desktop. It should be available from a Sun Microsystem site.

Once again, be sure to try another computer when you get a chance.

Sorry about that shunter

That link is to updated Javascript used for generating the graphs etc..

The javascript is what is running on your ACIII. I think you'll have good luck once you update the javascript running on your controller.

I am not sure it helps, but I was having trouble as well. I followed the link updated the webpages, flashed the memory and I am GTG. If you run the self-test are you seeing that you are running 3.30s 8c07 ?

thanks,
jim

I have the same problem when I try to see the graphs on a machine at work, but my home computer works fine. My guess would be security settings in the browser.
