Need help with 400W DE Bulb issue

My question here is, what 400W DE Bulb will work successfully with my IceCap Ballasts? Could my ballasts be faulty?

Half of my tank has been running only on T5 Acticnics for a week. And since last night my full tank will be running on T5 Actinics.

I am in a deep bind here and not sure what else I need to do or can do.

Hey Chris,

Thanks a million for what you've done. You truly saved my life man. I don't think I will ever go to any other manufacturer for ballasts, pendents or even 400W DE MH bulbs. Everything in my tank opened up like I've never seen before. I will post pictures as soon as I am able to resize these pics.

By the way, can't wait for the new IceCap hanging kits. Please sign me up for two sets.
