Originally, I thought they were copepods, but after looking at them closely, they look like some kind of parasites.
Sorry for the horrible picture quality, its the best I can do.

Salifert flatworm exit should work to clear it up.

yup flat worms just killed a tank full of them my self with salifert rid exit, no ill effects to any other animals/coral/inverts

If they look like this they are harmless, & will eventually die off on their own

They have been in the tank for a while now and have yet to die off, so I don't think that's what they are. Thanks though, Steve.

I wouldn't worry about them, I have the same creatures on my glass. Over the past month I noticed that they are slowly diminishing.
