Just wondering if you had plans to bring in the Tunze salt?

Thanks for your request, Unfortunately, we are not planning on carrying the Tunze Salt at this time. As we are constantly increasing our product line, we may start to
carry them in the near future.

Why did you choose not to carry the salt?

Thanks for your post, we decided not to carry the Tunze salt at this time becuase we decided to carry the D-D H2Ocean Salt found here http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_searchItem~SearchText~~IdCategory~FISM~vendorname~Deltec~vendorcode~DD~breadcrumbsid~5672813~sear chlogtext~Salt_Mix~logtype~current_category~searchstep~0~pageindex~0~parsed~1~category~Saltwater_Aqu arium_Supplies-Salt_Mix.html

We also believe that the D-D H2Ocean Salt is a better product overall, the D-D Salt has a higher Magnesium content and was formulated by David Saxby.

But you have an ad for Tunze salt in your latest catalog (2008 Product Catalog, Vol. 2, Page 118). Yet you don't carry it. A little odd, no?

Thanks for your post, The ads you see in our catalogs are paid advertisements from our vendors. In some cases we will carry the items advertised and in many cases we don't. As far as I know now there are no plans to carry the Tunze salt in the near future.
