Flickering PC

I have one of the Aqualight Pro 2x250W MH, 4 x94W PC fixtures. The PC flicker on an infrequent basis.

What is causing this? Bad lamps? Do the PCs run off of a ballast?

I have a orbit pc fixture. when my bulbs start to flicker, it's the ballast. you can switch the bulb to make sure. if it still flickers with the different bulb then it's you ballast for sure. check your warrenty. my first ballast was covered under warrenty.
