I have been running my Sure Flow 1600 MJ900 Mod attached from the top of the tank with MJ attachment and would like to have a flexibility of where I like to keep it for better smoother flow.
Question is how should I hook it or attach it to Magnet or PVC without glue, as I can't take a chance on glue failing and letting it create sand storm.
Even being at the top corner, it moves my sand around a bit. I like to bring it down to the moddle and point upwards.
Any and all Ideas are welcome. Thanks

Just superglue it to an old Mag-float scraper.

It is made to attach directly to a SureGrip magnetic holder, as shown in the picture you posted (with the purple background).

I'm trying to stay away from Glue and don't want to spend another $30.00 on SureGrip magnets.

Then make your own like i did!
Started with a showhead

Ended up with this

Sticks out a little farther than i'd like but works like a charm.

I used a mag-float and PVC cement to mount it, now it will hold and never let go :D gotta love the melting of plastic :p

another quik easy way of doin this is to use a peice of the thick vynil window blinds just heat it with a blow dryer and use a 2x4 to make your bends then zip tie the power head to it. There was directions on reefkeeping magazine but i cat find them now.

Great Ideas impur & SJGreene. Lilttle concerned using the regular plastic blinds as we aren't sure about the material and might leach some chemicals. But Acryclic piece will work, I just have to find one...
my Sureflow came with rotating part so I just need to hang it in there. Thanks guys!
