View Full Version : What is this?!
Hi all,
Just found this under one of my rock, could someone identify it for me? I didn't recall seeing it until today. It certainly doesn't look like it has legs to move around, but I could be wrong. I hope it's nothing harmful...
In the centre just right beside the snail

The second pest pic is Hydroids.
I have took the piece of rock out and now in a QT tank. I have unplugged the Hydroids however the Aiptasia have hidden back into the rock.
I now have the rock in a 20G tank, with a 130GPH powerhead, some floresent lighting. There's no nutrient in this tank, would that be enough to kill it and without harming my rock?

No it wont die like that you must inject it with hot water or joe's juice/ vinegar or if you have peppermint shrimp they normally keep it at bay.

catch it out and give it a quick brush with a tooth brush it should let go and you can remove it or take a needle and inject it with joe's juice or hot water
