My onespot foxface seems to maybe have a problem. It is never really yellow, but instead more of a very light yellow. I have a very good feeding regime and the tank water is great (sps thrive). It does have cloudy eyes, and seems to always be a little fat.
Does my description sound like a disease, if so how could I treat?

Foxface eyes naturally look a teeny bit cloudy, If you could post a pic, then one could tell if it is natural or a more serious condition. My foxface has a little definition around his gut, I wouldn't call him fat though, I think some definition is natural but I would need to see your foxface. The eyes get cloudy when the fish exhibit their "stress coloration", a paler, mottled coloration that (to me) makes them look dead, it gave me quite a scare the first time I saw it. Things like the lights coming on will cause it in mine, yours may be easily stressed out as well.
