I’m curious whether or not anyone else is bothered by some of the Divers Den photos that are so dark? It’s not an issue with all of the photos, but most of the darker fish (ie Achilles Tang, Maculiceps Tang, Black Foxface, Gem Tang, etc.) and a number of the zoanthids are very difficult to see. I’ve browsed the site from quite a few computer monitors to no avail.

Since I do a lot of photography and photo correction and the like, I sent an email to LA regarding the issue, but they didn’t seem too interested. So I’m curious – is it just me? Does anyone else have any reservation about paying the higher prices for a WYSIWYG when the item is hard to discern?

MX#28,

Thank you for your post. We apologize that some of the Diver's Den (http://www.liveaquaria.com/diversden/index.cfm) photos did not appear clear to you when viewing them. All of the items pictured in this section are photographed under 20K 400-watt metal halide lighting. We have forwarded your comments on to our LiveAquaria Photography Department, and appreciate your suggestions.
