IceCap 660-009 question

Hi all,

I just ordered a 660 to power a T5 setup, however I didn't even consider a power cord. The ballast has the 16pin molex connection on one side (for the bulb wiring harness) and a 4pin connector on the other.

I have no clue on how to go about getting the ballast powered other than buying the $55 15ft power cord that's prewired with a 4pin connection.

Any help/suggestion is much appreciated!

The 15 foot cord you refer to is NOT fitted with a 4 pin connector. The 4 pin connector as explained on page 3 item 9 of the instructions is for an optional dimmer. Check your harness again. You will see a black - green - and white wire which are common power wire colors. This is your input power wires. Just attach a 3 prong plug or splice in a 3 wire power cord.
