in my 29 i had to take all the rock work out and net him out. i tried all the other techniques (leave the net in the tank for a day, and the water bottle trick) niether worked. in a 14g just take it apart.

look at it as a chance to redo your rock work

Just drain almost all the water and use pieces of acrylic to entrap him.

Most Damsels are pretty greedy eaters. If your Clowns can stand a few more days with the Damsels try feeding the Damsel with the food placed in the net. It may take 3 or 4 days but they will get used to it and eat out of the net.

thank you for the recommendations. i took apart the tank and caught the damsels but not before they killed the clown .
