Does anyone know how long it takes for this thing to start foaming?

I just connected it about an hour ago, the water level is perfect on it, I've been toying with the air valve a little bit, etc...

Is there anything else I need to do? Or does it just take a long time for its first time start up?

If its new, and clean it will take a couple of days before it gets started. I opened the air valve all the way at first on my 9005 and then back it down a couple of turns, worked after the fist day and still going strong.

Does it produce any bubble? I got my 9002 last week and no bubbles after running for couple days.

I finally got it working by pull it out of water for few seconds while it is running but it does not produce bubbles after I restart it, I have to pull it out of water to get it kick started. I contact Roger at Tunze forums and he is sending me a new venturi to see if it will fix this.

I have a 9010 on my 120 and it work flawless since I got it couple years ago.
