replacing connector on icecap ballast?

One of the pins on my icecap 660 connector is blown and I was wondering if I could replace it myself?

Depends.

Is it on the harness side or ballast side? The molex pins and sockets are not that hard to replace if you have the correct tools.

both actually but I was probably going to get a new wiring harness

I don't know if you could redo the connector on the ballast very well to be honest. I have never opened up a ballast to see how it connects. On the harness, if you have the correct tools and the replacement parts it is pretty easy to repair.
