weird worm living in my zoas

when i was feeding my fish today i noticed an odd black and white worm poking out of a hole in a rock with zoas on it. I went to move the rock so i could get a better look but it pulled itself into its hole before my hand made it to the rock. it has some kind of tube in the hole similiar to a hard tube feather duster but this thing was worming around through the zoas looking for food. It had a thick body with black or very dark blue and white on it.

any info would be a big help
