What would be my waste/ ro/di ratio with my pressure at 70-75 psi and my water temp at 58 degree. I have heard 4 to 1 but what temp and pressure are they talking or does it make any difference?

the output will be lower with colder water and less pressure...but the wast to product ratio will and should be more or less the same.

Im no expert...but thats how I understand it.

I have the maxcap 60 gpd unit though and my well is about 42-45 degrees at 50 psi. I get about 40 gpd of product

could you wrap your main feed line around you hot water heater before going into the unit?

the low output really doesnt bother me and I have over 300 gallons of reef. thats what storage containers are for .

If I had an accident and needed 200 gallons NOW....the fact that it could make water 150% faster wouldnt help a bit.

Thanks I was hoping not to have to adjust the waste all the time.
