West System (http://www.westsystem.com/) or MAS (http://www.masepoxies.com/public/) ???

MAS seems to be more popular around the forums, but I though West was more popular with boaters. I have used West for years and years, but will be buying a couple of gallons and thought I would look into other options.

I will be incorporating some woven fiber also. Maybe even some vacuum bagging too.

Well, I voted for MAS after a little research. It is slightly cheaper and they claim there is no amine blush to contend with.

I am still several weeks away, at least. So all input is welcome.

Can these be tinted or do you put some sort of color on before.

Don't tint the first two coats. If something scratches through the last two tinted coats, the untinted layers will alert you. Plus tint and deglosser dilute the paint making it a slight bit weaker.

My favorite is PalGard, but it is not sold to DIY'ers.
