help please

so i have the coral life day/night timer and i dont know how to use it, i have thrown away the box, but now i want to put some of my pumps on a night timer.. by trying to do that by what instructions say online (which are not very good) i have lost the cycle for my lights... so what im asking is can someone please type a post on how to use it, such as to do this push this, to get this do that sort of thing, very descriptive...

Which model do you have? Coralife makes several. One or two timer dials for starters.

on the top it says esu reptile, coral life power center... day/night time timer/wave maker.. one digital timer

About 1/2 way down there's a section "Timer Setting for the Digital Power Center " with instructions that look pretty step-by-step.
