It is a problem when i call TFP.....This also happen about two weeks a go after going thru the announcement i push one to check on my order and some one or the phone at your end will hang up on me.
After calling five times and still getting cut off every time, i tallk to some one on the phone that shows that some one just getting to busy and just click costumers off the phone line or you automatic announcement is going crazy.
when i got this operator on the telephone line i try to tell her about this problem but she just blow me off and asked me what i need to know about my order so something going on here .
I been getting all my fish/ bird /dog supplies from you for years and never had this problem before .
Is just annoying to have to call you so many times to order or check on my order .
