leathers?

I have mixed LPS,SPS and softies in my tank. I was told at my local shop that I may be putting my tank in danger because my 2 leathers have grown quite large and can poison? the tank. Am I understanding this correctly? Is this true? Why, if so?

I believe you are referring to alleopathy.

Yes it is very real.

Lots of people keep large leathers in mixed tanks.

Carbon use is a great way to deal with the issue of alleopathy.
