Doing a project on Stomatopd, and was wondering what are some of their predators
I think it is the dottyback and octopi???

Just as there is not one type of stomatopod, there is no single set of predators. It depends on the species, habitat occupied, size (age) of the prey, etc.
Let me give you three examples.
Reef flat gonoactylids: eels, octopuses, fish such as puffers, triggers, herons and egrets, other stomatopods
Deeper reef: fish (scorpionids, triggers, eels, the list is long, but also includes some open water species that feed on the edge of the reef such as small jacks and sharks), sea snakes, octopus, cuttlefish, other stomatopods
Soft bottom: a variety of fish including rays and sharks, octopus, other stomatopods
