Is it done?
This is a dual tds meter and one of the sensors reads fine the other gives me an err code.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

That doesn't sound good. Let me check with my technician at HM Digital. Is this a DM1 or a DM2?
How long ago did you buy it?

It's a DM1 and it was bought over 3 years ago.

Please replace the batteries. If that doesn't do it, clean the sensors (with a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol), reinsert the probes in the proper alignment, and re-calibrate the meter.
