Im trying to decide which skimmer to get for a 75 gal lps reef tank . Skimmer will go in sump with a 13" water lvl and only have about 26" under cabinet.

Im looking into Tunze DOC Protein Skimmer 9005 or Tunze Classic DOC Protein Skimmer 9205 for my tank im likeing that no living plankton is drawn into the pump circuit. Are there any advantages for ether skimmer would one be more desirable over the other?

I just measured the inside of my cabinet and its 26" also.

I've got a 9010 in there and that's what I'd recommend to you because it comes with the insump kit and isnt much more expensive than the 9005.
