BK 300 internal - depth of water in sump?

As the title says, what is the optimum depth of water for the BK 300 internal? thanks in advance.

20-25 cm is the best level in sump for a internal BK-skimmer..

Is this true for the Internal 300 (Deluxe)? I own an Internal 300 deluxe and the lowest level of the output tube is 29 cm (measured at the elbow fitting angle, where the elbow turns, where the water would start to run out).
