Is this enough lighting

I am setting up a 12g truvu nano with 70w (20k) of metal halide lighting and 18w (50/50) PC bulb, is this enough lighting for a sebae or maybe carpet anemone? I'm not sure I am even going to add one to my tank, but just wanna ask a couple questions in case I decide to.

Lighting isn't the issue here, both of those anemones will get way too big for a 12 gallon. Both will easily get 18"+ across.

Yes.

But no. A 12g tank is NOT stable enough, or large enough, for any species of anemone (save perhaps for aiptasia.)

This is why you should decide what you want to keep in your tank, and THEN decide how big of a tank to buy :)

thank you for the advice guys. i will wait until i have a larger tank one day to try an anemone. i'm glad i asked before wasting my money. thanks again.
