Hi all last night my bubble tip anemone went down into a hole in a rock about the size of a dime , question is it going to be okay or will i have to lift the rock and get it out or will it come back out on its own .thanks

Is this a new BTA to you? That's very normal behavior for BTAs. I've had a RBTA, along with it's clones, for several years and it still does this at night. Comes back out in the morning.
