coralife PC fixture - not working?

I am replacing a bulb, and it is not lighting. No issues with the fixture not working before. The other bulb on the same switch is lighting.

Any thoughts, I am not an electrician at all.

The lamp is a 65 watt 10K oc bulb by coralife. The same that was originally in there.

Most likely a bad bulb.

Try switching the working bulb into the non-working. If it lights up you have a bad bulb, if it doesn't light up that socket is bad.

can these sockets be fixed? This thing was $300, and is only 3/4 working.

one year old, seems like a rip.

I have a Coralife Aqua light and my moonlights were intermittent. Sometimes the wire connectors inside the unit get loose. Try the bulb swap first to make sure it isn't a bad bulb. If not, try opening up the unit and push each of the connectors together. That solved my problem.
