Gen 2 Upgrades in Northern NJ/NYC?

Does anyone know of anyone capable of doing the gen2 upgrade in the Northern NJ/NYC area? I have a LFS listed as a walk in dealer on the ecotech site near me. I have asked them twice about it and they really don't sound like they know anything about it and better don't really seem to want to help doing it.

Thanks. I forgot you guys were so close. Do I need to make prior arrangements before sending it in? Return Shipping? What do I need to send (dry side with controller only)?

Also, another possiblity.. would you guys do walk in upgrades? You may not be too far for me to just drive over...

No prior arrangements required. We cover return shipping. All we need is the WWD Controller only. We do walk-ins which take 5 - 10 minutes. Just call first to give us a heads up.

I mistakenly stated in my previous post that we provide return shipping for the Generation 2 upgrade and for purchases of the new magnets. This was an error. The customer must cover return shipping on these items. We provide return shipping on all warranty issues only. Sorry for the confusion.
