i've got this outbreak of algae i'm assuming, my liverock is turning this green color it is flat and not at all furry or fuzzy.

should i worry or do anything?

I have a 12 gal cube with a cleaner shrimp, hermits ,snails, 2 small kenya tree frags and 1 small xenia, 15pounds of lr, ls. back compartment has a sponge with filterfloss over it, second chamber has cheato, 3rd is empty and fourth has a pump. i use catalina water and do about a 20% change weekly

also can anyone tell me if that is a baby margarita snail in pic

Most likely a Collonista sp. snail. The algae, while impossible to identify without a microscope, is just a result of slightly elevated nutrients most likely. It could also be green coraline which would have ltitle to do with elevated nutrients. However, no matter how "perfect" your water is you're going to get some algae and there's nothing to be concenred about, yet.
