Tired of needlewheels what is the better skimmer for the price and ease of use? Also please state your reasons!

Don't know much about the LifeReef skimmer. Though I've heard nothing but good things about LifeReef & it's quality. They are built like a rock.

However with that said, I own a Bermuda 3C. I've seen these skimmers in action. They are horses! Plug and play... no tinkering with. You can match them with any pump you wish. And they have fairly small footprints.

My vote is for the Bermuda.... but I doubt you would go wrong with LifeReef.

Personally, I think LifeReef is over priced. But if you can afford, it's a solid product.

There are tons of pics in the Bermuda Sponsor forum here on RC. I own a 3C and wow am I happy I didn't buy anything else. Break-in time is virtually none and it pulls tons of dark crap.
