witch is better to use to rise the alkalinity ?
any advice about the way to do that ?

baking soda only adds alkalinity. Calcium Hydroxide adds alkalinity and calcium in an even ratio. If you only want to raise your alkalinity, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is the easiest method.
