I've had my two clowns for about 9 months now.

One of them is at least 2x the size of the other now, so I am assuming the sex change is finished.

The bigger one lives in my BTA, while the small one hosts in my Frogspawn coral.

Any idea how long it takes before they decide to move in together and start spawning?

Just becuase you have two clowns it doesn't neccessarliy mean that they will spawn.

When the time is right and the tank quality is right.

USUALLY, not always, but most the time, if they want to be a pair, you can tell in the first 2 weeks, usually best to put them in the same container thats small too, GL

If their hosting in two different corals... they MAY not become a pair. Clown pairing all depends on them and your tank... so in the end they MAY pair up.

It doesn't sound like they paired up to me. So it's Likely not going to happen.

If you are really interested in pairing your clownfish, you should get this book now. It gives lots of info on the process of mate selection and dominance. Then, she gives details on the rearing of the fry.
