Tunze Osmolator

I am installing the tunze osmolator universal 3155,and my question is when attaching the metering pump to the controller cabels does it matter which way they go into the controller clamps.The color on the controller clamps are red and the other side is black,then on the metering pump wires, one is blue and the the other is tan.

On mine the blue wire is the ground. best bet is to take your best guess, if it runs backwards flip the wires. It won't hurt the pump.
