just bought a used 65 gal rr tank and a stand for 60 bucks, it has 2) 1'' bulkheads in the bottom of the over flow. im planning on using a 10 gal glass tank for a fuge and a rubber made storage bin or simular for a sump. should i use 1 bulkhead for the sump and 1 for the fuge or split 1 off for both and use 1 for a return line? what are your thoughts?

I would plumb the overflow using the "herbie" style (1 bulkhead drains to the sump AND fuge), and one is used as a backup in case the first one gets plugged.

You can use a "t" fitting and ball valves to split the supply to the sump and fuge. For the return, you can plumb it over the back of the tank.

Just my thoughts....I'm currently in the middle of plumbing my own new tank. Good times!
