Old articpods

i have a bottled of expired articpods, how bad is it to feed them to my fish? is it bad at all? they are about 1 month past "best before" date.

Smell the bottle. If it smells like seafood/shrimp then you are fine. You'll know if it's bad. FWIW that is a "Best before" data, not expiration. I've used them several months after that date.
