Where are these bulkheads?

I'm looking for some bulkheads i once saw on this forum in a DIY build. The bulkheads have a moveavle eye to change flow direction. These bulkheads are flush. Please help, if u seen these bulkheads please link me.

It's a little unclear. What does this type of bulkhead do exactly?

I know what you are talking about, you can usually get them from a pool and spa store. They are usually labeled as return bulkheads and the moveable piece screws into the female side of the bulkhead and are available in 3 or so different sized outlets. Hope that helps.
