Bad ph probe

I just bought two new ph probes from Neptune. Can these be faulty from new. One is working perfectly. The other keeps slowly showing a lower Ph. I replaced it tonight with a new Pinpoint and it shows the correct ph. I know my Ph wasn't 7.5! It is 8.2.

Is there a warranty on these things? LMK.

It is not very likely but it is possible. Please contact support@neptunesys.com. Warranty on probes is 90 days.
