Whats the bluest looking 400 watt Mogul 10/12/13k bulb on the market???

If you are looking for blazing amounts of blue for a ~12k, just go for a 20k Radium and call it a day :)

bluest from your choices I think is reeflux 12k.

Problem is I want good growth and a blue tint...even with my actinics on, 10k is too yellow/white

Yes you will get growth and blue tint with these bulbs. Plus it is an excellent bulbs and not overpriced. If you have actinics anlong with the MH, any of the 12k to 15k will be much bluer than 10k.

White is one thing, but if most 10k bulbs are making your tank look yellow, its a water quality issue, not a bulb issue.


A lot of people like blue bulbs because it hides their discolored water.
