AC3 Pro indicating constant power failures

subject says it all, it shows them happening about every second.

Everything seems to be working fine though, just the constant flashing warning on the display is annoying.

Sorry if I am asking the obvious but do you have the power plugged into the backup power connection?

Well, i didnt even consider that, but alas, no its plugged into the correct connector. (farthest left as faceing the unit)

ok, its the dc power brick that has something wrong with it, i swapped the power supply with the one on the px1000 and the power fail messages went away.

I spoke too soon, the constant power failures are back.

You likely should contact Neptune support.

What happens if you unplug the adapter connected into the battery port of the AC3 and only leave the main power connector plugged in?

I dont have anything plugged into the battery backup port.
