Vortech Gen 2 Upgrades

I will be recieving 2 X gen 2 Vortech driver on Wednesday 6/11. If anyone would like to upgrade their wireless drivers, feel free to contact me. I takes about 3 minutes to flash them.

You can stop by the house in Ormond and if it's okay with the club, I will bring them to the June meeting and do them there as well.

Rich folk my rear end. When you figure out the cost of plumbing, pumps, valves, elec, etc, etc, etc. these are the same if not cheaper.

I'm with you on that Barry, I ditched 4 tunze 6045's when I put it in and ended up with more flow. That pays for one by itself.

Is this something that should be done on a single powerhead or only if you use more than one for the networking function they have?

They've added a few extra features so even if you have a single wireless driver you may want to get it done.

Check the ecotech forum for the announcement. It gives all the details of the upgrade there.

Got the new drivers yesterday and flashed 2 others. Very simple and only took a few minutes.

If anyone needs theirs done at the next meeting let me know before hand as if I don't hear from anyone, I won't be bringing them.
