Algae?

I am starting to see some algae which I understand is normal for the first month or so. Could anyone provide me some Info or links that will help me indenify algae so I can make sure I don't have anything bad. Tank has been running for 2 weeks no fish but it does have 7 snails and 6 Hermit crabs
