AquaSurf Problem?

I have an AC3 Pro with the AquaSurf module, controlling a Tunze Wavebox (TZ1) and a Tunze 6100 (TZ2). Several times a day TZ1 seems to lose it's mind and start pumping a continuous stream with lots of bubbles. TZ2 also fails randomly, but will just pulse briefly every few seconds. Both seem to recover on their own after several minutes, sometimes I switch them off and back to auto using AquaNotes. Any suggestions?

My setup: The AC3Pro is in the basement beside the sump. It is connected to a DC8 which controls the majority of devices. The DC8 then connects to a DC4 HD on the first floor where the tank is. The DC4 connects to the AquaSurf (also beside tank), which then connects to the X10 interface box. Several devices (alarm modules, etc) are connected via X10 appliance Modules.
