I have had this for 10 days and he has gone in the back. My clowns have hosted in it and I can see it stretching to the crack to get some light. I move my return to flow into the cave hoping he will move out. 1. I want to be able to feed him and 2. I just want to look at it :)

So does it look like it is bleaching or do anemones look lighter when they stretch out.

Well, you should definitly find a way to feed him no matter where he goes, maybe tongs?

Feeding is not a problem, and you really shouldn't be looking at stressing it out more with feeding it before the "2 week acclimation period" is up. I would give it some time. In about 6-7 days if it hasn't come out by itself, take the rock its on, and try to adjust it to where it is going to get light, and where you would like it to be.
