ACJr not keeping time

I set the time, and the "seconds" only advances one every 1 to 5 seconds.

Needless to say it can't keep time at all, I've had to set it at least twice. Is there something I need to configure correctly here, or is it an RMA? I'm thinking the latter, since setting the time is sort of hard to screw up.

I bought directly from Neptune.

I had the same problem. There is a setting call "Leap Time" in the clock setup. Play around with it. My was off by 28 seconds :D

I called Neptune, apparently my crystal is broken or something. They gave me an RMA number and I will return it tomorrow morning.

They are also pre-emptively shipping me a new unit, so I don't have to wait 3+ weeks for it.
