I live close to Rhinelander and I would like to know if I stop by your retail store would you be able to provide the Gen 2 upgrade to my Ecotech Vortech MP40W wireless wave driver ? According to Ecotech you should have the Gen 2's in stock.

Ok, no problem at all. Let me clear up the details a bit. I am referring to the Ecotech Vortech MP40W propeller pump. It comes with a wireless wave driver unit, a sort of controller for the pump. Ecotech just released a software upgrade for the wireless wave driver that reprograms it and makes it a Gen 2 or generation 2 and enhances several control features. The upgrade is being provided by Ecotech free of charge, I just don't want to have to ship my unit all the way to New Jersey. You guys sell the pump and Ecotech says that you have the Gen 2 units already. The pumps basically upgrade themselves using their wireless connection and it takes about 3 minutes, but you have to know someone with a Gen 2 pump.. These pumps are very expensive, around $420 a piece and it's kind of hard to find someone else with one. If you have anymore questions, you can also check here

The manufacturer recommends contacting a friend or fellow hobbyist with this unit and entry codes to upgrade your existing Ecotech Vortech MP40W system.
