I have a 90 also and I got a $8 clip on fan at walmart and hooked it up to a dual stage Ranco. I have the fan blowing across the top from right to left. I had to mod the clip so it would sit level. Works like a champ. My tank stays at 79 - 80 and I keep my house at 82 to 85, I couldn't believe it either.

Do you have a Big Lots near you? I bought a couple of really nice 6" clip on fans there for $6.00 each. My Walmart didn't have any. I use a fan to cool the sump when the light is on there and another to cool the tank when that light is on.

Get the bkue blower from home depot. I keep my house temps at 85 and yhe thing keeps my tank 76-79 degrees with 3 250 mh. Works great for me. Plus it helps me evaporate 2 gallons a day.

I have mine sitting on a small cabinet a few feet away from the tank. It is aimed to blow between the tanks water surface and the lighting fixture. The 3 250MH heat is null and void. This blower gets rid of any heat they think of throwing off. I feel like the only heat in my tank is coming from the 7 powerheads/pumps in my water. I am thinking about selling my chiller so that I can buy more toys for the tank. I don't need it anymore with this thing.

thanks guys.
I have an open top tank with the light fixture 6 inches above the water. There is the shelve or anything like that to sit a fan on to blow it.
I have a chiller but was trying to not set it up due to space restraints.
thanks- I'll have keep lookin'
