Refugium Question?

Will adding a h.o.b. refugium give any kind of benefit? I was thinking of the 19" aquafuge. This will going on my 29g sps tank. Thanks

Yes there are lots of benefits to having a fuge. Waste and nutrient export, breeding ground for pods and plankton for your corals. I wouldnt build a reef tank without one.

I have one hanging on the back of my 65 gallons and i'ts great. Chaeto growing like crazy and full of pods. The hanging refugiums are great for producing pods as they don't get squished by a pump going back to the tank. I got mine to have more food for my Mandarin :)
